Hello there, people.. Since I was again too lazy to update my blog these few days, I shall input some old stuff.. =) And if you've noticed i have changed my background to a wonderful oc-bluish. It doesn't look that nice but its still better than those blogspot templates i think and i'm just a beginner with those freaky stuff (credits to the amoeba yet again). I definitely love the o.c. That show rox !!

Anyway, the 18th Commonwealth Games started on Wednesday in Melbourne, Australia in case there a some "jakuns" out there who do not know.. A rather splendid opening ceremony they had that day featuring trams flying from the sky, magical ducks, huge running n flying koalas n not forgettin the Queen of England, Your Higness Q. Elizabeth II as well as Delta Goodrem. The Queen being the head of the Commonwealth was present to open the games. This games has been thought by many as a minor run-down sporting event just to show that the Commonwealth does exist..lol.. in fact, the absence of the major gold-snatching countries like the United States, China and many European countries to name just gives the impression of a lame n easy games.

Citing Queen E's speech in the opening ceremony filled with flowery language like the words "tangible" among others plus her ever so strong English accent. I just do not know why she wears a hat wherever she goes, perharps its a replace ment for her crown or she just wants to cover her head bcoz she's bald or has the same beliefs like muslim women who wear the tudung..hehe. Please do not prosecute me for bitching about Her Majesty or somehow insulting muslims..

As usual, Malaysia to my impression has performed badly yet again. I am expecting them to be blasted like hell again when they return from melbourne just as they were when they returned from athens for the Olympic's. We expected ten gold medals but so far we have only won one gold medal on the fifth day of the games. Take today for example, our Nicol David was defeated by Rachel Grinham in the semi-finals..lets just hope she'll get the bronze at least. The womans basketball team was even more humiliating as they lost to New Zealand with the score of 113-56. laugh on people.. in other sports we either finish in the oddle or last..hehe. Anyway, do your best you malaysian athletes in melbourne in the following days to come.

Thats all for now. I am not that great a sports geek but I just enjoy watching these large-scale events ( a fetish ..lolx).
